Solar Maintenance Contracts · Uganda
Solar maintenance contracts in Uganda — the reason year-five systems still work.
After-sales abandonment is the loudest complaint in Uganda's solar market. Our annual maintenance contracts are the opposite: scheduled site visits, lithium-battery health checks, inverter parameter reviews, panel cleaning, and priority WhatsApp fault response — fixed-fee, predictable, and on systems we did not install too. The reason most year-five systems are dead is not the panels. It is that nobody came back.
A NilePhase solar maintenance contract in Uganda starts at UGX 600,000/year for a residential hybrid (≤5kVA) and scales by system size. It includes two scheduled site visits, panel cleaning, lithium-battery state-of-health logging, inverter parameter review, earth-test verification, and priority WhatsApp fault response. We maintain systems we did not originally install — including ones the original installer has stopped answering — across Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono, Jinja and Mbarara.
